The janz SC-001 is a 14 inch shrouded surface cleaner on four universal wheels, driven by two spinning jets under a stainless steel housing. It settles the streaking problem a handheld wand creates on a flat surface: because a wand removes a slightly different amount of material on every pass, the overlapping arcs stay visible for months. A cleaner that holds its nozzles at a fixed height leaves an even result instead, and the splash free skirt keeps the dislodged dirt underneath rather than across the operator and the nearest wall.
janz makes one design point worth crediting. The company states the cleaner is heavy enough not to rise up under high pressure. At 7 pounds it is mid weight for a 14 inch disc, and that mass is functional rather than incidental, because a light housing lifts off the surface when the jets push down against it, which breaks the fixed height that produces the even pattern in the first place.
The compatibility window, published in full
janz states compatibility with most gas and electric pressure washers rated between 2,000 and 4,000 PSI and 1.8 to 3.7 GPM. Both ends of both specifications is more than many attachment listings publish, and the minimum flow figure is the one that decides whether the tool works at all.
A surface cleaner is turned by the reaction of its own jets, so below a certain flow the bar spins slowly or stalls, and a slow bar produces exactly the streaking the tool was bought to prevent. Many household machines in the electric pressure washer category run at 1.1 or 1.2 GPM, which puts them outside this window regardless of what their pressure rating says. Check your machine’s flow rate first and its pressure second.
The connection is a quarter inch quick plug and two extension wands are supplied, which is enough to push the housing at an upright working height. A filter is built into the inlet to catch debris before it reaches the nozzles.

Set the cleaner flat on the surface before pulling the trigger and keep it flat throughout. The shroud is the only thing containing two spinning jets, and a housing tipped onto its edge under pressure sends a jet sideways at full force. Never lift it to look underneath while the trigger is engaged.
Move at a steady walking pace with about a quarter of the disc overlapping the previous pass. High pressure water etches concrete, strips paint, raises wood grain and drives moisture into mortar joints, so test on a corner before committing to a whole slab. A pressure washer jet can force water and surface contaminants through skin, and an injection injury needs immediate medical attention even when the entry wound looks minor, so never aim the wand or the cleaner at a person or an animal, and wear eye protection.
Plan for the edges. A round housing cannot reach into a corner or up against a wall, so a surface cleaner pass is always followed by wand work around the perimeter. Rinse the underside and the inlet filter after each session, because grit in the bearing is the usual reason these tools stop turning, and check that the bar spins freely by hand with the machine off before assuming it will spin under water.

The first bullet uses the word guaranteeing about cleaning performance, which is manufacturer wording rather than a warranty of anything, and the 4 times faster figure is a marketing comparison with no method behind it.

Amazon showed a rating of 4.6 out of 5 at capture, with no rating count present in the record, ranked 2,007th in Patio, Lawn and Garden, 13th in pressure washer accessories and 15th in pressure washers. Being ranked in pressure washers at all is odd for an accessory that is not one, and reflects how Amazon files these products.
