The numbers, which do not agree with each other
This listing publishes several figures that conflict, and the conflicts start in the product title itself. The title states 1200 PSI in one place and 1060 PSI in another, in the same line of text. The specification block gives 1200 PSI as the maximum. A feature bullet also gives 1200 PSI as the maximum and adds a water output of 2 GPM, which it attributes to laboratory testing. The maximum flow rate field in the specification block says 1.85 GPM. So there are two pressure figures and two flow figures on one product page.
The runtime claim is harder to reconcile than either. Dreambetter states a 4000 milliamp hour battery supporting more than 40 minutes of continuous work on a full charge. Take the pressure and flow at face value: 1200 PSI at 2 GPM is about 1.4 horsepower, or roughly 1,000 watts of hydraulic output, and the motor drawing that would consume more. A 4 amp hour pack at a typical cordless tool voltage holds on the order of 80 watt hours of energy. Delivering 1,000 watts from 80 watt hours lasts under five minutes, not forty. The battery voltage is not published anywhere in the listing, which is itself a gap, but no plausible voltage closes a gap of that size.
The honest reading is that the peak pressure, the flow figure and the runtime describe different operating conditions and cannot be achieved at the same time. Buyers should expect either the pressure or the runtime, not both.

The shower mode on the multifunction head is the setting to use around anything delicate.
On a suction fed tool, water quality is the main maintenance variable. Drawing from a pool, a river or a barrel pulls in silt, algae and leaf debris, and the filter basket is what stands between that and the pump. Rinse the filter after every session, keep the weighted intake off the bottom of the source, and never let the pump run dry when the source empties. Dreambetter states a lithium ion battery is included; store it at moderate temperature and do not leave it fully discharged over winter.
The three output levels are worth using deliberately rather than leaving on maximum. On a battery tool, output and runtime trade directly against each other, so a job that only needs rinsing will go much further on the lowest setting. The LED charge indicator on the body is the feedback that makes that trade manageable, because it tells you whether to drop a level or stop and recharge before the pump cuts out mid panel.
One more habit applies to the foam pot. Detergent left standing in a foam attachment dries and blocks the pickup, so rinse it through with clean water at the end of a session rather than leaving a part full pot in the storage box until next time.
