The Twinkle Star 15 inch surface cleaner is a shrouded stainless steel attachment with two spinning jets under the housing, and it settles the streaking problem a handheld wand creates. Cleaning a slab with a wand leaves overlapping arcs, because each pass removes a slightly different amount of material, and those arcs stay visible for months. A cleaner that holds its nozzles at a fixed height leaves an even pattern, and the shroud keeps the dislodged dirt underneath rather than across the operator.
At 15 inches it sits in the middle of the range we cover, wider than the common 14 inch discs and narrower than a 16 inch one. It runs on three wheels rather than the four most competitors use, which is worth knowing: three points define a plane, so a three wheel housing sits flat on uneven concrete where a four wheel one can rock, but it is also less stable if the operator leans on it.

The second feature bullet gives four numbers that matter more than anything else on the page: working pressure up to 4000 PSI, a required minimum pressure of 2000 PSI, a minimum flow rate of 1.8 GPM, and a maximum flow rate of 3.7 GPM. Both ends of both specifications is more than many attachment listings publish.
The minimum flow figure is the one that decides whether the tool works. A surface cleaner is turned by the reaction of its own jets, so below a certain flow the bar spins slowly or stalls, and a slow bar produces exactly the streaking the tool was bought to prevent. Plenty of machines in the electric pressure washer category run at 1.1 or 1.2 GPM, which puts them outside this window regardless of what their pressure rating says. Check flow before pressure.
The connection is a quarter inch quick plug, and Twinkle Star states plainly that the tool does not fit a garden hose or a water hose and that an adapter coupler must be bought separately if your gun uses a different fitting. A filter is built into the inlet to catch debris before it reaches the nozzles.
How many extension wands are actually supplied
The product title says two extension wands. The package contents bullet in the same listing says one 15 inch extension wand. Those are different, and the difference is the whole working height: one wand puts the housing at a stooping height for most adults, while two lets it be pushed upright. Confirm the count with Twinkle Star before ordering. The rest of the kit is two replacement nozzles, four O-rings, a roll of thread seal tape and a nozzle cleaner, which are the parts that wear and leak on this kind of tool.
Using it correctly
Set the cleaner flat on the surface before pulling the trigger and keep it flat throughout. The shroud is the only thing containing two spinning jets, and a housing tipped onto its edge under pressure sends a jet sideways at full force. Never lift it to look underneath while the trigger is engaged.
Twinkle Star states the tool can also be used on vertical surfaces such as brick walls, stucco and other siding. That is the manufacturer’s claim, and the practical consequence is worth naming: a shroud and skirt designed to contain spray downward against a slab do not contain it the same way when the housing is turned sideways or held overhead, so eye protection matters more in that orientation rather than less.
Move at a steady walking pace with about a quarter of the disc overlapping the previous pass. High pressure water etches concrete, strips paint, raises wood grain and drives moisture into mortar joints, so test on a corner before committing to a whole slab. A pressure washer jet can force water and surface contaminants through skin, and an injection injury needs immediate medical attention even when the entry wound looks minor, so never aim the wand or the cleaner at a person or an animal. Rinse the underside and the inlet filter after each session, because grit in the bearing is the usual reason these tools stop turning.
Limits, contradictions and gaps
Two marketing figures in the same bullet do not describe the same thing. Twinkle Star says the cleaner works up to 5 times faster than a standard nozzle and that surface cleaners reduce cleaning time by up to 60 percent compared with conventional nozzles. A 60 percent time reduction is two and a half times faster, not five. Both are manufacturer claims with no method behind them, and neither should be read as a measurement.
The listing is also inconsistent about machine type, saying the cleaner can be used with most gasoline pressure washers in one bullet and describing surface cleaners for gas and electric pressure cleaners in another. Given the published 2000 PSI and 1.8 GPM floor, plenty of electric machines qualify.
Four specification fields are wrong. The power source reads gasoline-powered, which is meaningless for an attachment driven entirely by water from another machine. The hose length reads 15 inches, and a surface cleaner has no hose. The tank volume reads 3.7 gallons, matching the maximum flow figure exactly. And the specification met field reads star, which appears to be a fragment of the brand name rather than any standard. The color field reads Silver-4000PSI, which is a variant label rather than a color.
The description field is empty, so the five bullets are the whole record. There is no UPC, no model number and no country of origin. Amazon showed a rating of 4.6 out of 5 at capture, with no rating count in the record, ranked 8,230th in Patio, Lawn and Garden, 56th in pressure washers and 74th in pressure washer accessories. Listed dimensions are 18 by 18 by 37 inches, which includes the assembled wand rather than the housing alone, and the weight is 6.61 pounds.
